Jonathan Adler Parker 15 1/4" Wide Bronze Ceiling Light - Item BLH0678
Celebrity designer Jonathan Adler created the look for the fabulous new Parker Palm Springs luxury resort. Adler's style is modern, but his look is anything but cold. His designs are fun, funky, colorful and draw heavily on chic, mid-century fashion. The Parker lighting collection, designed for Robert Abbey, lets you bring home some of Adler's "quirky modernist" style. The Parker flushmount ceiling light features white, frosted glass. The patterned metal outer comes in a deep patina bronze finish. Illuminate hallways, entryways or other living spaces with this fabulous look.

Sconces vs. Bathbars
Vertical fixtures or sconces mounted on either side of the mirror are best for casting an even light across the face. But given the size and positioning of some vanity mirrors, sidelights can be impractical (mounting them directly to the mirror is always an option, but at greater planning and cost). If this is the case, mount your fixture over the mirror. It should be about 66 inches above the floor. Ideally, the light should spread over a fixture that's at least 24 inches long to wash evenly over the hair and face.
